I’m too excited to wait until next month to share with you my upcoming release, A Holiday Proposal. The good news is that there is still time to enter the GoodReads giveaway. Here is the link to enter. http://bit.ly/YXnVUA
A Holiday Proposal takes place in Leavenworth, WA. A quaint Bavarian themed village nestled in the WA Cascades.
My characters often frequent a bakery near Holly’s place of work call The Gingerbread House. Technically the sign out in front says The Gingerbread Factory, but it’s not a factory, so I don’t like to call it that. :) Here is a picture of it. It’s hard to tell with the cars in the way, but they have lawn furniture out in front. Those of you who read A Romance Rekindled may remember a scene that took place on this lawn.
Here’s one more picture to give you a feel for the village. This is the Fest Hall. If you read The Christmas Promise you may remember a scene that took place here. :)
Here is the back cover blurb for A Holiday Proposal.
Holly Miller Is Steering Clear of Mistletoe
Just out of nursing school, Holly can’t risk any distractions. She knows a slipup could cost a life. Like the mistake she made years ago that still plagues her conscience. When she runs into old high school friend Matthew Cook, she hesitates to let romance into her life. Even if the handsome baker is as delectable as his fabulous pastries.
She didn’t notice him back in high school, but things have sure changed. Now that Matthew has Holly’s attention, maybe the holiday season is the perfect time for him to show her that she deserves to have it all—work, family, friends and a love that lasts a lifetime.
