Inspy Romance—Fall in Love With a Good Book

READY, [BOX] SET, GO… (and eBook up for grabs)

What do you get if you put seven romance writers together at the starting line of winter and tell them—ready, get set, go? You get a great new box set ready to bloom in spring.

Toward the end of 2015, I propositioned some fellow authors: “We’ve had a great summer reads box set—how about a spring one?” You see, I had a spring story ready for publication. A few hours later we had a full complement of authors for the intended spring box set, several from the summer set Splash! A Facebook group was formed and we were off, fearlessly led by Jan Thompson.

Next we bounced titles around. It wasn’t long until we all agreed on one—Love Blossoms, subtitled ‘7 Spring Fresh Christian Romances’.

The task of finding just the right cover photo followed. Again, we soon settled on one we loved and the cover was designed, in 3D and 2D. This was the final, exciting result. Isn’t it gorgeous?Love Blossoms - Jan 2016 cover- Med

Love Blossoms releases at the end of January 2016, and you’ll find the following fresh romances by talented and multi-published authors:

After the cover was designed, I found myself in a quandary—I no longer felt the story I’d intended for the box set was a good fit. So I had to write a new story. However, after giving this some thought, I landed up with more than one new story, and I now have a planned seven book series which will be written during the course of 2016/2017.

I’m excited today to introduce A Match for Magnolia, Book 1 in my new series, Seven Suitors for Seven Sisters. The books form part of my Heart of England romances. I have plans for an additional three books affiliated to this series which will cover the love stories of the Blume sisters’ mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

So much to do…so little time…

It’s been quite some work planning this series as I needed all my characters and covers in place before Book 1 is published. A Match for Magnolia will release independently on 29 January 2016.

    We don’t have a definite release date yet, as sadly a couple of the authors have had family emergencies, but it will be up for preorder by the end of the month.
