I admit it. I’m wiped out. It was a very long first week of school for me [the 6am alarm doesn’t help this night owl – and that’s half an hour AFTER my 12yo gets herself up… and I just basically make sure she’s up and doesn’t need anything…] A full day of writing yesterday, a busy day today, and even though I’m set up at my sister’s house to write for the rest of the evening, I think a nap may be in order ;). But hey! I’m done filling out forms in quadruplicate! At least for this year :D.
What about you? Are your kids back in school yet? Or do you have school-aged kids? Overall, the week went really well and the kids seem to like their teachers [none of whom we’ve had before]. Saxophone lessons have started again for my oldest. And horse lessons begin again this coming week for my 9yo. Plus I go back to work this coming week [my main paying job is a teacher at a community college; hubs teaches there as his second job]. But the pool is still open on the weekends and you gotta love that! :D
