The 5th Annual Birthday Bash ended last week and I promised you winners – and winners we have! So be sure to check out the winner section below to see who scooped up all those amazing prizes! (If you’re one of the lucky ones, you hopefully already know, but if you see your name listed double-check your spam filter as everyone was contacted by email.)
We’ll make our visit to Ireland short this week since we have so many winners to get to (I see you trying to scroll subtly down there to see who won.)
Over to the right is Kylemore Abbey. That shot is one that nearly everyone takes it seems as I see it cropping up all over the place when I poke through the various Ireland Instagram accounts I follow. But really, why wouldn’t you take that photo? Can you imagine coming home to that? (I would love it if I didn’t have to clean it!) It was, for a while, a private girls school and you can tour basically the first floor of the house (which is maybe six rooms?) but they’re lovely. I wish you could run wild through the whole thing but I do understand maintenance, security, etc etc.
The grounds though. They’re delightful. There’s a lovely walled garden area (and you can tour the groundskeeper’s cottage, which is also pretty grand). And then in the other direction a wee bit down the path, you run into this. It’s also gorgeous on the inside.
