It’s late, relatively. For me anyway. I forgot to write this post earlier today (Saturday), so now, I am in front of the computer, at my bed time.
But I love you guys, and I’m scared of my fellow admin team (not really), so here I am trying to use my pretty much dead brain to think of a post for you all.
Okay, well I give up. I arranged the rest of the post while trying to think of something, and I got nothin’. I’ve been struggling with a book cover (and struggling and struggling) off and on all day, and I just can’t think of a thing to write. Such is life.
I’m just keeping it real. You know? So here’s a perfunctory picture of my dog, who happens to be snoring beside me. :)
Remember, our Birthday Bash is underway. Tons of great prizes wait at the end for seven blessed winners. Check out our giveaway page for all of the details.
If you’re a winner, you should have been contacted by the author offering the prize, if not, please contact us at

Evening Ginger, hope you got some rest. Your dog looks like it is posing- cute:)
Hubby took the boys to the beach today, while I cleaned, marked papers and went to the book launch of one of my senior students’- she has just had a book of poetry published- at 16!
Blessings:)

Loved your pic of your dog. Pets are so important to us. They are great companions and love us unconditionally. My days hsve been filled with reading and reviewing which I love.

Cute dog Ginger. Love the ears. I have a 14 year old Sheltie and always wanted her ears to bend. Hard to believe it is already the end of February. With our crazy Midwest weather, I have not done much reading. Finding it difficult to concentrate. Wishing you a restful Sunday and productive next week.
Linda says
Happy Sunday post.

We spent the day packing . My son and son in law flew up and rented a 20 foot uhaul. They drove most of our belongings back to Kentucky to put in storage. Our house is officially decluttered! As in we have very little furniture left, so it makes the house look bigger. It officially goes on the market next week.
Elizabeth Maddrey says
Beautiful dog! And I’m glad we have you running scared ;)

LOL at the wrath of the admin team! We love you and appreciate you. Thanks for hosting in February and setting up the terrific Birthday Bash giveaway!

I don’t think too straight when I’m ready for bed either :-) Hope you figure out your cover. I have to make some posters for our church family camp coming up this summer, and I keep putting it off…

Ginger,
No worries! We all have those moments where things just don’t go the way we’d like. When our brain is so fried it can’t go any farther. Rest today and let God rejuvenate you! Isaiah 40:28-31

The beach? Brrr… of course, I don’t care for the beach much even when it’s warm. :)
Congrats to your student. That’s AWESOME!

I also love to read and review. I don’t have as much time as I used to, but I can still knock out 3-4 books per week, but mostly just for pleasure (vs. review).
Gingers219 says
Thanks, Renate.
End of Feb… I know, right?
Thank you. Right back atcha… LOL

Ohhh… Tough work. It’s so nice that your “sons” could come and help out. Many blessings on a quick sale.
Gingers219 says
Thank you…AND you make me laugh. ROFLOL (does anyone still use that? Not that I’m really rolling on the floor or even laughing out loud, more like a quiet chuckle. :D )
Gingers219 says
You know you’d come after me if I forgot to post the SE, at least virtually, and that’s enough to have me runnin’.
Gingers219 says
Thanks, Margaret. I’m working on it again today with an idea that popped into my head in the middle of the night (which I consider a God-thing). I think it might work.
Gingers219 says
He’s a miniature Australian shepherd and my little shadow. :)
Gingers219 says
Thanks, though he’s not a puppy. He’ll be 8 this year, I think. LOL I have enough trouble keeping up with my kids’ ages…the dog, well, not so much. :D
Gingers219 says
Thanks, Susanne.

And to you.

If I’m nothing else, I’m real.
You guys get to see the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly of my life (not all of it, of course, but select portions). I appreciate all of your prayers and your encouragements.
I guess I’m of the opinion that Christians don’t have to always put on a brave/perfect front. The unsaved need to know that while having a relationship with Christ is wonderful, it’s NOT going to make life perfect. It makes it bearable and enjoyable and, and, and…
Gingers219 says
Thanks, Marylin. Wonderful verses and so TRUE!

Happy Sunday! I’m glad to know there are other people who space things and have mushy brains sometimes. LOL It doesn’t sounds like you’re getting too much flak from the others, so I think you’re good! When all else fails, post cute animal pictures. :-D
Trixi says
Happy SONday everyone!
I’ve been SO remiss in commenting on Inspy Romance for the last couple of weeks!! Been trying to catch up to my book reading/reviewing & life’s been a bit on the hectic side here. Lots of things happening…..all good….but time consuming! I’m hoping to be able to comment everyday again starting this week, I miss it terribly when I can’t :-(
Anyway, hope everyone has a blessed rest of your weekend!
Arletta says
Had company over for lunch so now I’m relaxing after washing the dishes and cleaning the kitchen.
Gingers219 says
Nah, the other admin are great…even if I hadn’t gotten it done. Grace abounds. (And don’t we all need it every day?)
Re: cute animal pictures… AMEN! :D
Gingers219 says
I pray all is slowing down for you, Trixi. Good things can still be tiring. :)
Thanks for the blessing…
Gingers219 says
So glad you stopped by to relax with us, Arletta. I pray the rest of your evening went well.
