Where did June go?
I know for me, my month was eaten up by our impending move. That process culminates tomorrow *gulp*
It feels like moving was a lot easier when I was younger.
I’d appreciate prayers that our current house would sell quickly — we’re still waiting on that and it’s adding a little extra layer of stress to the process. Still, we continue to see God’s confirmation of this move every time we ask, so we are walking on with faith that He will bring us a buyer for this home quickly.

If it’s okay to ask, are you moving to a new house or totally out of the area? I have loved knowing that one of my favorite CCR authors is “just up the road” from me. My husband and I have been in our house for 40 years–I can’t even imagine moving!! Remodeling bit by bit was bad enough!

Good luck
Elizabeth Maddrey says
We are moving 20 minutes from our current house. It’s a long, ridiculous story but the upshot is that the move makes far enough “in the country” that hubby can work from home. Plus we have more land for the boys to run. But we can stay at our current church.
Elizabeth Maddrey says
Thank you

June?? I want to know what happened to this WHOLE year so far? Yikes, each one seems to go by way too fast. School got out (for us) June 15th & it seems like it just started (Sept). I think we all still have pandemic brain or something…lol! ‘Cause it sure feels like we lost two+ years of life (anyone else?).
Elizabeth, I’ve been there/done that twice….moved without our house being sold. It’s not a fun thing at all, and like you, God kept confirming that we were supposed to move. He worked it out perfectly, but there were times when we questioned it for sure! I’ll keep extra prayers going for you that things will go smoothly & that God will bring the perfect buyer at the perfect time. :-)
Happy Sunday IR! Congrats to this weeks winners.
