Hey out there in InspyRomance land! How’s your week been? Did you have kids trick or treating – either ones you took out or coming to your door? Remember my oldest daughter’s bestie? The one who did pictures together a few months ago? They were Thing 1 and Thing 2 so we went with her friend’s family. All told we were out and about for about 2 hours.
My husband took my oldest two shopping with their birthday money today. There was family history made when they decided to buy a cute pair of boots together! Abbie’s feet aren’t QUITE as big as Maggie’s (yet), but close enough – and the best part?! I can wear them too! (Actually, I ordered the black pair for myself online ;).)
Today was also the release of my 8th novel! Winning the Queen’s Heart! It’s going VERY well! In fact, as I’m typing this, it’s #1 on the Contemporary Christian Romance Hot New Release list! WOOHOO! It probably won’t last long, but that’s okay ;). I’ll take it! AND my husband just told me…it has a cool little #1 best seller ribbon! YAY! Now to finish editing 2.5 and writing 3… :D
So…around here…

Happy Sunday, Carol! Looks like your “girls” had a great time. I remember my best friend and I being that close too as teens! Friendship, isn’t it grand?
We don’t celebrate Halloween here, don’t even pass out candy. There’s no young kids on our road so there’s really no need to. My kids never went trick or treating when they were young. Guess we just didn’t even want to acknowledge what it represents. But I do go to the store to by their leftover mini assorted candy bars….lol!! It’s usually half off or more :-)
Congrats on the 8th book release & the #1 spot on the Contemporary Christian Romance Hot New Release list! How very exciting for you :-) And to Beth & Tammy on this weeks winners….congrats ladies!
Here’s looking forward to another great week on the blog and since it’s getting colder…..*raises my hot chocolate mug to all you wonderful Inspies!*

We just attended a party Friday night and did not go trick or treating this year. Our boys were a little sad but they had so much fun at the party that they seemed okay, especially when one of them won $20 dollars and 1,220 M&Ms plus I bought candy for them.
