Happy Mother’s Day to all our friends at Inspy Romance. I few years ago my daughter and I spent the Saturday before Mother’s Day at Butchart Gardens near Victoria, BC. Today’s photos are from that visit. I’m pretty sure their daffodil and tulip displays are well over by now this year. It’s been an unseasonably warm spring in the Pacific Northwest.

I remember my husband and I visited Butchart Gardens when we went to Canada many years ago for an anniversary trip in April. The early Spring flowers were in bloom but a lot of them weren’t yet. It was still very beautiful and I’d love to go again. I would have especially enjoyed the Japanese garden with all the flowers in bloom!
I forgot about watching the BLAB video, so I’ll have to catch up with it! Congrats to this weeks winners & am looking forward to another great week here. Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers/grandmothers/aunts/ and women in general in Inspy Land!!
I’m guessing Butchart would be beautiful any time of year. The Japanese garden was pretty in May, and I’m sure would have other blossoms other months.
