Can you believe it? It’s already nearly a week into February. AND it’s SUPERBOWL Sunday. I watch for the commercials. :)
Lots of things going on this month for me(Ginger). In addition to doing the Sunday Editions for this month, I am running the giveaway for our second anniversary/birthday bash which will run from 2/15 to 3/14. Lots of GREAT books to win and some other stuff the admin staff and I have lined up for you, but more about that next week. Stay tuned!
It’s also my birthday month. I’m going to be–cough, cough–forty-six. I’m not ashamed of my age especially since I don’t have to color any gray, but don’t ask my weight. LOL
I also have a novella coming out next week, just in time for Valentine’s Day. I also have another with my publisher. I’m waiting for the edits to hit my inbox any time now.
At the beginning of March, I have two children’s birthdays. One turning 19. The other will be 16. ACK! (These are children # three and five.) How did I get so old? LOL
Now that I write it down, it doesn’t seem like much, but it sure feels like a lot when I’m home, staring at my computer.
Some other interesting tidbits about the month of February:
- American Heart Month
- An Affair to Remember Month
- Black History Month
- Canned Food Month
- Creative Romance Month (I like this one)
- Great American Pie Month
- National Cherry Month
- National Children’s Dental Health Month
- National Grapefruit Month
- National Weddings Month
So let’s get to the good stuff.

Thanks for all you do for the Inspy Romance admin team, Ginger! And for running Sunday Editions this month. And for heading up the Birthday Bash! You are much appreciated.
It sounds like a busy month, Ginger. I hope you make time to enjoy your birthday! I’ve got a few years on you and it’s pretty good so far. :)
What a busy time! Life is full of many blessings and you have lots to enjoy. Thank you for this great blog. I truly enjoy reading each post, learning about new authors and making new friends. Blessings! and by the way, my Mama used to always say that you aren’t old until you reach 100. :-)
Thanks for all your work, Ginger! What a busy month. But 46 is YOUNG!
Enjoy your birthdays. They (children) will keep you busy. Thanks for the work you do for the blog and books. I enjoy both and thank God for Christian authors:-)!
Happy Sunday! We don’t even watch the super bowl for the commercials – we just look them up online later :)
Sounds busy and fun! I’m closer to 19 than 46, but I don’t think 46 is old. =) This is Panther country, but I’ll be cheering for the Broncos tonight. Looking forward to your novella!
Happy birthday, Ginger! And thanks for the book, Merrillee!
