Morning all! Hope you’re having a great year so far! Apparently there’s been a variety of snowpocalypses snowpocalypsi snow storms out there all across the US anyway. (Doesn’t it look so much warmer in that picture?!) We had a little bit of snow – just enough to cancel the second day back at school. And to make me glad to stay home ;).
We did make a quick trip to Tulsa today to see my dad and step-mom for Christmas which is always fun! We even took both of our dogs with us and they both ran around with their Yorkie (who’s the big boy of the bunch at 7 pounds…)
Overall… a good day (even if my 15yo wouldn’t let me steal her pillow to take a nap on the way back ;)).

Good evening, glad you had time with family:)
We had a beautiful sunny day here today, so spent the day at the beach with friends- warm water, hot sand and a BBQ for lunch, perfect:) It is also stone fruit and berry season which means jam making, lots of berries to pick and eat; needless to say, the boys are thoroughly enjoying that!
Happy new week:)

Hello, Carol and greetings from Northern Wisconsin! It is 16 below zero degrees this morning. We have the family minivan in the (heated) garage, so we are still planning to go to church. We just took our Christmas tree down and vacuumed up all the pine needles. It’s hard to have Christmastime over, when there’s still a lot of winter ahead.
Happy New Year! :)

Frigid and snowy in Michigan. A good day to stay in bed with a good book, but need to take down the Christmas decorations; since we are anxiously awaiting the birth of our granddaughter. Thanks to all the inspiring talented generous authors for the gift cards. I replied to my email. Best wishes and happy writing.

Happy SONday….albeit late on my end! I’ve been remiss to comment on this weeks posts, but I hope to get back into it for the next :-) I do miss it when I don’t make it over here, it’s a favorite part of my day/evening.
Congrats to all the winners and blessings for the new week!
